12-month Apprenticeship | From September 2022 to September 2023 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2

    

 

 

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

  • Participate in international Reward projects and work streams
  • Support Reward Managers in the deployment and running of the International Salary Review Campaign
  • Work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems to conduct benchmarks and analyses of both internal and external market practices
  • Develop and implement initiatives to engage the global Rewards Community across communication channels and platforms

YOU ARE… 

  • A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either! 
  • Fluent French or English Speaker
  • A student with a strong background in finance or data analytics
  • Comfortable with digital, detail-oriented, and able to work on Excel
  • A critical thinker: you are able to balance your intuition and analysis to cut through complexity

WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE? 

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better.

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
