YOU WILL LEARN TO:
- Participate in international Reward projects and work streams
- Support Reward Managers in the deployment and running of the International Salary Review Campaign
- Work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems to conduct benchmarks and analyses of both internal and external market practices
- Develop and implement initiatives to engage the global Rewards Community across communication channels and platforms
YOU ARE…
- A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
- Fluent French or English Speaker
- A student with a strong background in finance or data analytics
- Comfortable with digital, detail-oriented, and able to work on Excel
- A critical thinker: you are able to balance your intuition and analysis to cut through complexity
