12-month Apprenticeship | From September 2022 to September 2023 | Paris area | Master 1 or 2

YOU WILL LEARN TO:

Participate in international Reward projects and work streams
Support Reward Managers in the deployment and running of the International Salary Review Campaign
Work with multiple HRIS and reporting systems to conduct benchmarks and analyses of both internal and external market practices
Develop and implement initiatives to engage the global Rewards Community across communication channels and platforms

YOU ARE…

A Master student - No margin for negotiation on this one! Able to provide an apprenticeship agreement of 12 months issued by your school - no negotiation either!
Fluent French or English Speaker
A student with a strong background in finance or data analytics
Comfortable with digital, detail-oriented, and able to work on Excel
A critical thinker: you are able to balance your intuition and analysis to cut through complexity

WHAT DOES OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1°/ Our recruitment team will review all the application - And If your CV is selected, you will be invited for an Exploratory Recruitment Interview. The recruiter you meet with will be getting to know you better.

2°/ Finally, you will get a Business interview with your potential future manager(s). At this point, your recruiter will help you prepare for this final interview!
