A Day in the Life
As a Night Shift Packaging Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our operations at the Montreal plant. You will lead your team to bring our products to life, ensuring every step of production meets our standards of excellence. You will have the autonomy to drive your projects and make your mark.
Your key responsibilities:
- Drive Performance: Ensure the daily production plan is met by optimizing resources and guaranteeing compliance with quality, safety, and efficiency standards.
- Develop Your Team: Manage, train, and develop a production team. You will foster their autonomy and lead continuous improvement groups (TPM, EOS) to enhance collective performance.
- Ensure Operational Excellence: Lead essential management routines (meetings, supervision tours) and use performance indicators to drive effective action plans.
- Embody Innovation and Safety: Enforce and improve the production unit's standards, while involving your teams in finding innovative solutions for safety and efficiency.
