What you'll do:
Commercial and Retail Excellence (70%)
- Drive overall plans to reach commercial, brand and operational KPIs.
- Identify and react on business opportunities and challenges to maximize selling opportunities in the region.
- Drive point of sale field execution, follow-ups and controls.
- Optimize retail excellence through store visits, managing assortments/ planograms, stock situations, activation of brand plans, etc.
- Execute seamlessly on merchandising activities.
- Support the Area Managers to strengthen client relationships.
- Analyze the business, set action plans and follow up to maximize commercial opportunities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with L’Oréal teams to deliver on the corporate objectives.
- Ensure compliance to L’Oréal standards and brand DNA.
Education and Consumer Experience (30%)
- Recruit Beauty Advisors to represent the brands at the POS counters.
- Coach the beauty advisors during regular field visits. Leads by example and seeks ways to grow each of their business.
- Plan and monitor relevant incentives for Beauty Advisors in the region.
- Support Retail & Education bi-annual trainings.
- Support pre-event and market visit preparations in the region.
Who we are looking for:
- Degree holder with business qualifications or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years working experience in commercial and retail management roles
- Experience in working in a multi-national, fast-paced, evolving environment with multiple stakeholders
- Good understanding of the Beauty or FMCG industry
- Strong commercial acumen, communication, influencing and negotiating skills
- Strong understanding of the Hong Kong and Macau markets
- Ability to execute well on tight timelines
- Fluent in Cantonese/ Mandarin and English

- Well organized, detail-oriented and able to work independently on objectives.
- Self-driven with a can-do mindset that can deal with ambiguity.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills is a strong plus.
