Got what it takes?  We are currently looking for a Nordic Product Brand Manager for Maybelline New York in Copenhagen. The position is a parental leave cover for 12 months and via an external agency. 

 

Your mission… 

As the Nordic Product Brand Manager for Face & Lips on Maybelline NY, the world's #1 makeup brand, your mission is to ignite passion and empower self-expression for our Nordic consumers. You will be the visionary behind our yearly strategy for Face & Lips category, ensuring every product, every campaign, and every message resonates deeply with what our diverse beauty community craves. 

With your deep understanding of makeup trends and consumer desires, you'll not only drive category performance but also be at the heart of our product launch process. You'll curate a Nordic portfolio that speaks directly to local preferences, leading 360-degree campaigns that leverage powerful consumer insights to create genuine relevance and excitement. Your work will ensure that Maybelline continues to inspire, innovate, and bring the latest in beauty directly into the hands and routines of our consumers across the Nordics. The role reports to the Nordic Senior Brand manager for Maybelline New York.  

 

You will..  

  • Manage the strategy of your categoriesto drive sell-out & gain market share across Nordics 
  • Select,sizeand animate the productson your categoriesensuring Nordic relevancy
  • Create & own brand price architecture (index vs. market & between brand portfolio)
  • Build the vision of each launchanddevelop locally relevant campaignswith stronghooksbased onconsumer insights. Be the project leaderfor each campaigninternally & externallyand manage the production budget 
  • Own theasset productionand executionforpaid mediaonyourcategories,based on learnings in closecollaboration with Media team 
  • Own the product expression on the category across all touchpointsinstore and online. 
  • Analyze and prepare sell-out analysis at period level to share internally and externally  
  • Monitor market activities incl Media & product launches
  • Monitor social listening to understand and act on latest consumer trends 
  • Be accountable for enthusing the business about the products for your categoriesand develop strong selling story to support trade presentations
  • Be the voice of the Nordic markets for your categoriesto headquarters

Your profile... 

  • You have experience from a similar role (+3y), preferably from the FMCG industry 
  • You have a relevant degree within Marketing, Branding, Communication, Business or similar
  • You are obsessed with consumer insights and analyzing data 
  • You are passionate about makeup and regularly follow beauty trends in social media
  • You have excellent communication skills and feel confident in presenting  
  • You are collaborative and value a good team spirit 
  • You are an experienced Excel and PowerPoint user 
  • You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work 
  • You thrive in a complex matrix structure, and are a pro-active team member
  • You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language 

 

We are looking for our new Nordic Product Brand Manager to start in January 2026. The employment is a parental leave cover for 12 months via an external agency.
