As the Education Manager for SkinCeuticals and Skinbetter Science, you will be the authority on our products and professional protocols. This is a part-time role, based in our St Kilda Road office 3 days per week. You will empower our clinic partners and internal teams across Australia and New Zealand, designing and delivering high-impact education strategies that elevate brand expertise and drive business success for both brands.
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Strategy & Development: Partner with global and zone teams to adapt and create innovative education programs and calendars for the ANZ region.
  • Training & Delivery: Lead and deliver engaging training sessions, webinars, and onboarding for clinic partners and internal teams, both online and in-person.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support brand initiatives, high-profile events, and new product launches with your expert knowledge.
  • Performance & Optimisation: Monitor the success of educational outcomes, manage the online learning platform, and stay ahead of industry trends to continuously enhance our educational offerings.
We Are Looking For
You are a natural at inspiring others, with a strong background in beauty or dermatological education. You thrive in a dynamic environment and are skilled at turning product knowledge into compelling training experiences. To succeed, you should have:
  • Education & Animation: Proven ability in designing, delivering, and evaluating impactful education programs that animate and engage learners.
  • Business Acumen: The ability to understand business goals and align education strategies to drive commercial success and support sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Management: Excellent interpersonal skills to influence and build strong partnerships with internal teams and external clinic partners.
  • Scientific Expertise: Deep understanding of dermo-cosmetic ingredients and protocols, particularly for professional skincare brands.
  • Project Management: Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects, from strategic planning to flawless event execution.
