Job Title: Finance Controller – Professional Products Division

 

WHO WE ARE:

Finance team at L'Oréal plays a critical role in safeguarding the company's financial health and stability. They provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, manage risks, and ensure compliance with financial regulations. By fulfilling these responsibilities, the Finance team contributes to the overall success and sustainability of L'Oréal.

 

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • The position is focused on forecasting, budgeting, and managing brand P&L to act as a proactive business partner for the respective brand and division.
  • Supervise monthly closing and produce monthly reports of his/her area of activity.
  • Participate on the plan, budget, and trends for his/her area of activity.
  • Track the consistency between budgetary targets and business flow to propose the right direction to Sales/MKT
  • Undertake cost analyses to detect risks and identify business opportunities to optimize resource allocation.
  • Utilize and maximize financial systems and data management.
  • Participate in developing teams.

 

WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate (Accounting, Finance, or any relevant Business/Finance major preferred)
  • Years of experience : Min. 3 years
  • Controlling, FP&A, operational finance experience
  • Fluent in both Korean and English
  • Proficient with Excel, PPT, and experience with ERP systems or tools
