Seedz Graduate Program: E-Commerce Trainee (1-Year Role)

Location: Warsaw, Poland (Warsaw - HQ)

Division: L'Oréal CPD

Duration: 12 Months

Role Overview

As an E-Commerce Trainee under our Seedz Graduate Program, you will embark on an exciting professional journey: supporting the launch and scaling of a highly anticipated new brand in the Polish market. Rather than managing a mature, established business, you will get hands-on experience helping us build a digital footprint from the ground up.

We are looking for a high-potential, curious, and proactive graduate who is eager to learn and grow. Because you will be supporting a fast-paced launch environment, your ability to adapt quickly, take ownership of day-to-day execution, and collaborate smoothly with different teams will be the key to your success.

In this role, you will play a vital supportive part in ensuring the brand's launch assets, content, and digital storefronts are flawlessly executed and optimized across our key e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content & Digital Asset Management

Content Deployment: Coordinate and execute the timely upload and setup of the brand’s digital assets and product content across key e-commerce platforms.

Storefront Optimization: Set up and continuously check Product Detail Pages (PDPs) and brand zones to ensure they look premium, consistent, and are fully optimized for search and conversion.

Localization & Quality Control: Work on adapting and localizing global marketing assets for local consumers, ensuring everything published meets L'Oréal’s high-quality standards.

2. Data Analysis & KPI Reporting

Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor key e-commerce performance metrics (traffic, conversions, sales, and content efficacy) across digital commerce channels.

Reporting & Dashboards: Consolidate data into clear weekly or monthly reports and dashboards to keep the broader team updated.

Basic Insights to Action: Identify basic patterns or gaps in performance and suggest simple, actionable adjustments to improve online execution.

3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Support

Internal Teamwork: Work closely on a daily basis with the internal E-Commerce, Brand Marketing, and regional digital teams to align on upcoming campaigns and product rollouts.

Agency Coordination: Partner with external creative and digital agencies to ensure promotional assets and copy are delivered on time and within guidelines.

Active Contributor: Bring fresh ideas to team meetings and support broader brand-level initiatives to make the overall launch a success.

The Ideal Profile: Competencies & Mindset

High Learning Agility & "Can-Do" Attitude: You are eager to dive into new tasks, learn how different digital platforms work, and adapt your daily focus as priorities shift in a launch environment.

Detail-Oriented & Analytical Mindset: You enjoy working with spreadsheets and data. You can organize information cleanly and spot errors or opportunities in digital execution easily.

Organized Executor: You are reliable and structured. Launching a brand involves many moving parts, and you are great at managing your time to deliver on daily execution and asset uploads.

Strong Collaborator: You are a natural team player with great communication skills. You build positive relationships easily across different departments and external partners.

Education & Languages: Recent graduate or master’s student in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields. Professional fluency in both Polish and English is required.
