Lead the Charge in the Fast-Paced World of Professional Haircare

As an Area Sales Manager for our Professional Products Division in Kwa-Zulu Natal/Durban, you will be the driving force behind our sales strategy, leading your team to conquer the market and fuel our continued growth.


A Day in the Life

  • Strategic Dominance: Develop and execute a winning sales strategy tailored to the unique needs of the professional haircare market in Johannesburg. Identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activity, and position our brands for maximum impact.
  • Team Empowerment: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of passionate sales representatives, fostering a high-performance culture where collaboration, accountability, and exceeding targets are paramount.
  • Salon Partnership Mastery: Cultivate and manage strong relationships with key salons, distributors, and influencers in the Johannesburg area. Become a trusted advisor, understanding their needs and providing exceptional service to drive loyalty and repeat business.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Analyze sales data, track KPIs, and generate insightful reports that inform strategic decisions and optimize sales performance. Stay ahead of the curve by identifying market trends and anticipating customer needs.
  • Seamless Collaboration: Partner effectively with marketing, education, and operations teams to ensure alignment between sales initiatives and overall brand strategy. Deliver a unified and impactful brand experience to our salon partners and their clients.


Professional & Technical Competencies Required:


  • Professional Haircare Expertise: 3+ years of proven success leading and managing a sales team within the professional haircare industry. A deep understanding of salon dynamics, stylist needs, and the competitive landscape is essential.
  • Strategic Agility: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to think strategically, analyze market trends, and adapt your sales approach to capitalize on opportunities.
  • Influence & Negotiation Prowess: You are a master communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills. You build rapport easily, influence stakeholders effectively, and close deals with confidence.
  • Results-Driven Mentality: You are passionate about exceeding sales targets and driven by the pursuit of ambitious goals. You inspire your team to achieve peak performance and celebrate success collectively.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing a high-performing team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of the professional haircare market in Durban/Kwa-Zulu Natal, including key players, trends, and customer segments.
