Job Title: O+O Manager - Sales KH/BIO/UD - Luxe Division

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

In charge of Business development, category management and retail strategy.

• Develop the business strategy for Olive Young of his/her brand(s) based on brand strategies. 
  • Define priorities by customers, Olive Young
  • Be responsible for the P&L for his/her business area. 
• Lead performance, set and achieve objectives. Sell-in & Sell-out management by monthly & yearly.
  • Define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets and allocate resources. 
  • Work with the supply chain and other departments. 
  • Organize the shifts and operating procedures with team. 
  • Be responsible for the commercial back-office. 
• Retailer negotiation.
  • Develop trusting relationships with customers. Coordinate with function team in brands to develop relationships with retail chains.

WHO YOU ARE:

• Education: University graduate
• Years fo Experience: + 5 years
• Experience:
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the cosmetic industry as retail field
  • Experience for Olive Young business
• Language: Working proficiency in English (reading& writing), Fluent Korean
• Other Skills: Proficient with MS PPT, Excel, Word
