Job Title: E-Commerce & Data/CRM Specialist – SkinCeuticals- LDB

A DAY IN THE LIFE:

1. e-Commerce Channel Management

  • Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to achieve revenue goals and key KPIs.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage and develop relationships with key online partners and vendors.
  • Collaborate with marketing to increase brand awareness by enhancing brand visibility (AD, sampling) 
  • Manage end to end process to ensure seamless customer experience and efficient order fulfillment.
  • Track sales forecasts, budget, stock stability and price competition

2. Data Analysis & e-CRM management 

  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, understand customer behavior & journey, and develop actionable insights to improve e-CRM strategies, personalize customer experiences, and increase CLV. 
  • CRM analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis on MBB performance to key stakeholders.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative e-CRM strategies specifically tailored to the e-Commerce customer, encompassing O2O touchpoints
  • CRM Strategy implementation: loyalty programs, hero product campaigns, customer segmentation, targeting campaign, and lifecycle management.


WHO YOU ARE:

  • Education : University graduate
  • Year of Experience : 5-7 years
  • Experience: 
    • Experience in e-Com & CRM, with a strong focus on the luxury beauty industry
    • Significant experience in managing CRM programs within a e-Commerce environment
    • Deep understanding of the prestige beauty customer and their purchasing behaviors.
  • Language: Fluent in both Korean and English.
  • Other Skills: 
    • Proficient in Excel (for data analysis), PPT, Word
    • Strong analytical skills and experience working with customer data
    • Experience with CRM tools, Google data analytics, Tableau, Power BI, Python is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
