A Day in the Life 

As the Education Expert for Kérastase, you will be the ambassador of the brand's luxury haircare philosophy, delivering its spirit and sophisticated product knowledge to our professional partners and teams. You will join a dynamic team, directly influencing the professional hair market's perception and expertise.

You will be responsible for:

• Professional Knowledge Delivery: Plan and execute training courses for partner salons, stylists, and internal teams, covering product knowledge, the latest trends, and service protocols.
• Educational Content Development: Develop, create, and optimize training materials and digital learning content based on the global brand strategy and local market needs.
• Market Activity Support: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to support new product launches, salon events, and various offline channel activities by providing professional education expertise.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain deep relationships with key clients and opinion leaders, becoming their most trusted brand knowledge partner.
