A Day in the Life 

As the Education Expert for Kérastase, you will be the ambassador of the brand's luxury haircare philosophy, delivering its spirit and sophisticated product knowledge to our professional partners and teams. You will join a dynamic team, directly influencing the professional hair market's perception and expertise.

Job description:

  • Frame Kerastase education strategy in elevating external/internal brand partners, including Salon hairdressers and Counter BA, in order to advocate Kerastase pro-luxury haircare to consumers 
  • Develop Kerastase education content in both professional treatment and retail communication in collaborating with brand team
  • Manage Kerastase education projects to drive service which link to business result
  • Execute in-salon field education to hairdressers and facilitate PRO-advocates to reach stronger impact to professional beauty industry 

 

Qualification:

  • 5+ years working experience
  • Professional beauty background in hairdressing is preferred but not a must
  • Brand educator experience in beauty brands, not limited to hair, is a plus
  • Luxury service/sales experience, either in retail or high-end customer service such as hotel/airline/couture boutique, is a plus
  • Passion to share and to drive result through influencing people
  • Ability to elaborate consumer luxury experience into service protocol
