YOUR TASKS 📓
- Central point of contact in Customer Service for Customer/cluster of customers to ensure complete processing from order to invoice.
- Manage all customer contacts and requests (int/ext communication) to create a positive customer experience
- Coordination of all order and delivery processes from customer to relevant stakeholders in the rest of the supply chain/ in the business
- Managing the delivery calendar incl. special delivery dates/peaks, coordination in case of delays/complaints
- Collaboration with team members on transactional activities
- Ticket creation and tracking in Kepler incl assignment of transactions to other teams (e.g. Invoice2Cash, warehouse etc)
- Establish and ensure communication and collaboration within supply chain, sales and other internal stakeholders with focus on optimization and digitalization of processes as well as contribution to operational excellence
- Developing and implementing (customer specific) solutions as well as executing projects and optimizations in collaboration with customers, the multidiv Supply Services team, colleagues in the Key Account Supply Chain and the divisions
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed business administration / engineering (technical) university studies
- Customer Centricity & Business Centricity Mindset
- Ideally at least 2 years of professional experience in supply chain, logistics or controlling
- Analytical thinking and high problem solving skills
- Excellent communication skills / interface management
- Good knowledge in process organization and optimization
- Very good knowledge of MS Office, POWERBI as well as experience in working with SAP/EDI
- Ability to work under pressure, reliability, flexibility
- Enthusiasm and commitment
- Fluent German and English (knowledge of French an advantage)
