Corporate Affairs & Engagement
Full - Time

Over the past two decades, the role of companies has changed dramatically. The expectations of their stakeholders, the acceleration of environmental and societal challenges have led many of them to engage in sustainable development policies to better take into account the environmental and social impacts of their activities.

The role and commitments of companies in building a more sustainable future have never been more essential. Businesses are now standing alongside governments and civil society to address today’s environmental and social challenges. For L’Oréal, corporate responsibility means leading a profound transformation towards a more sustainable business model internally, and contributing towards a fairer, more equal society, externally.

In this context, the Corporate Responsibility CA&E’s mission to protect, support & grow the Group’s reputation and promote L’Oréal’s leadership in Corporate Responsibility is key.

In order to maximize the Group’s visibility and impact on CR topics towards all stakeholders, the team will be organized around 3 expertise areas: Events, Social Media & Digital, Press & Content.

The Social Media & Digital Manager will be responsible for promoting L’Oréal’s reputation and image on all Corporate Responsibility topics and drive engagement on social media.
