A Day in the Life

As Corporate Communication & Social Media Manager, you will be a key driver in building and protecting L'Oréal's corporate reputation in Vietnam. Reporting to CA&E Director, you will develop and execute compelling communication strategies that engage both internal and external audiences, bringing our corporate story to life across all channels.

  • Corporate Brand Building: You will define and enhance the corporate brand presence across both online and offline platforms, ensuring a consistent and positive public image.
  • Content & Campaign Management: You will create and manage engaging content for our corporate channels, leading communication campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Social Media & Digital Expertise: You will oversee corporate social media channels, monitor conversations, and stay updated on digital trends to optimize our performance and engagement.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: You will collaborate with internal teams, media partners, and community leaders to support corporate initiatives and amplify our key messages.

  • Communication & Storytelling: Mastery of communication techniques with strong written and oral skills to create impactful narratives.
  • Digital & Media: A solid understanding of the digital landscape, especially social media platforms and media relations.
  • Project Management: The ability to manage multiple projects efficiently, from planning and budgeting to execution and analysis.
  • Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining relationships with internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical Mindset: The ability to identify trends, measure performance, and use insights to drive your strategy.
