Proven commercial results orientation of >15 years of working experience, conveying strong business acumen and a “can-do” approach, as shown by:
- Strong performance in commercial leadership and P&L management, delivering sustainable and profitable growth.
- Collaborative partnership with sales, marketing and key customers, jointly executing business acceleration plans.
- Entrepreneurial drive in developing long-term business opportunities and readiness to take calculated risks.
Competency in leading teams with generosity, as shown by:
- Demonstrated ability to navigate a global organization, interfacing with local and international executives.
- Great people development & motivation skills, with a passion for growing commercial talent in multicultural environments.
- Fluency in English is required. Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Retail or Luxury is a strong plus.
Business orientation and stakeholder influence, as shown by:
- Ability to shape and articulate a winning commercial roadmap in competitive and fast-evolving markets.
- Strong command of business insights and financial drivers to support decision making and performance tracking.
