A Day in the Life

As the Brand Engagement Manager for our luxury fragrance portfolio, you will be the voice of our brands, orchestrating their presence across all channels. You will be responsible for planning and executing 360° engagement strategies to build brand awareness and create a strong connection with our consumers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • 360° Strategy: Develop and lead integrated engagement plans (media, social, influence) in collaboration with Marketing and Activation teams.
  • Content & Social Media: Own and manage the content calendar across our platforms, ensuring the consistency of our fragrance brands' image and tone of voice.
  • Influence & Partnerships (A&I): Drive the influence strategy, from selecting creator profiles to managing partnerships and events, to maximize our impact.
  • Performance Management: Manage the media and influence budget, analyzing campaign performance and ROI to optimize future strategies.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with a strategic vision and a deep understanding of the digital and luxury ecosystem. You can translate brand strategy into engaging and impactful activations.

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, communications, or brand management, ideally within the luxury or beauty sector.
  • Strong understanding of media strategies, influencer marketing, and content management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, e-commerce, international) and external partners (agencies).
  • Solid project management and budget planning skills.
  • An analytical mindset to measure performance and make data-driven decisions.
