A Day in the Life

Reporting directly to the Director of the Weighing department, you will be the cornerstone of our operational excellence at our Montreal plant. You will instill an entrepreneurial spirit to ensure every formula is prepared with the utmost precision, while leading your teams toward exceptional performance.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Driving operational excellence: Define and monitor performance objectives (Quality, Costs, Deadlines) to ensure the highest standards of safety and service, while mobilizing your teams.
• Developing your talent: Manage, coach, and grow the skills of your team. You will play an active role in recruiting and onboarding new talent to maintain cutting-edge expertise.
• Leading continuous improvement: Identify and spearhead optimization projects to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and maximize productivity by drawing on industry best practices.
• Ensuring management and collaboration: Manage your department's budget and collaborate closely with the Planning, Quality, Maintenance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure smooth production.

You are fluent in French and English.
