GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Define the country’s channel and go to market strategy, reinforce partnership with key accounts, and drive brand’s penetration and growth profitably.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and implement the commercial strategy by channel across the retailer/customer portfolio, drive market share gains and be accountable for P&L by client (up to CC).
Manage a shopper and retailer centric relationship with top retailers, through account planning and by engaging cross-functional teams for joint business plans.
Build the right commercial structure, adapted to the size and potential of the business and develop, coach and retain talented profiles of the commercial team.
Ensure excellence in go-to market, distribution built up and penetration of our product portfolio. Ensure efficiency of the field force.
Enhance shopper experience by introducing innovative category projects and securing the best-in-class service through Beauty advisors management.
Develop and implement the right commercial processes for turnover built up and visibility (business planning, daily sales follow up, sales policy compliance)
Activate commercial capabilities to support e-commerce acceleration.


KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE
Education/ Qualification
Bachelor / master's degree
No of years' experience:
10+ years
Essential experience:
 At least 10 years of working experience in commercial, with experience of the retail scheme in the country of reference. Experience in managing business customers, setting commercial strategies and driving teams towards common vision with a record of business achievements.
