- Work in a fast-paced environment across all PPD Brand Education and Commercial Teams, as well as contributing to the success of the Future Talent, College remit.
- Explore new dynamic ways of training and upskilling both on and offline, continually measuring feedback, impact, and engagement.
- Contribute to the overall strategy and execution of our internal training program, challenging the norm whilst delivering flawless and excellent quality of work.
- Ensure that all learning is inclusive and diverse, identifying training needs and ensuring that all training is dynamic and practical.
- Drive engagement within the PPD field and College community, ensuring standardisation and consistency across the division.
Day-to-day you may be...
- Organising, supporting and enhancing the onboarding process for new starters into PPD.
- Contributing to the overall internal training strategy.
- Organising and executing internal training programs.
- Planning and organising internal PPD events.
- Supporting the development and implementation of initiatives to bridge the skills gap both internally and within the College sector.
- Working alongside the PPD College Lead to support future talent pipelines.
- Contributing and assisting in organising PPD College initiatives, workshops and events.
- Supporting the design and the execution of the Future Talent social media strategy.
- Tracking, measuring and analysing the impact and effectiveness of training on the business.

- You must NOT have already obtained a degree
- Eligible to work in the UK
- Have GCSEs in English and Maths at Grade C (4, or equivalent)
- Have achieved a BBC at A level or equivalent in International baccalaureate or other courses.
