A Day in the Life
As an Assistant E-Key Account Manager for Kiehl’s, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving the brand’s success on Shopee and Lazada. Reporting to the Senior E-Key Account Manager, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders, execute platform strategies, and build strong partnerships to achieve ambitious business goals.
Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:
- Work with all key stakeholders to build Brand monthly business month to drive the overall business
- Define and Execute plans for assigned platform/brand that are aligned with business objectives and platform strategies. Manage the promotion investment within budget.
- Facilitates excellence in execution in the daily business by planning, communicating, anticipating, measuring results consistently and implementing corrective action or learning.
- Build strong partnership with Platform & negotiate for the best visibility & support for monthly activities & key campaign
- Accountable and responsible to achieve agreed upon Key Account targets and KPIs
- Solid Commercial & Digital understanding and sensitivity.
- Sound communication skills (written & verbal), coupled with the effective ability to interact with people at all levels.
- Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines.
- Team player – support the team objectives / sales goals.
- Reliable, energetic, proactive, punctual & able to work independently.
- Demonstrate business understanding and ability to synthesize / analyze data and generate insights.
- Results driven.
- Sales ethics and sensitivity to legal issues and competition law.

Key Skills & Background:
- University degree.
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce.
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Independent, proactive, and highly responsible.
