Working Location: Nexus Building, Sai Gon Ward, HCMC

KEY JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Demand Planning: Lead O+O Demand planning process of LDB to deliver high quality forecast and ensure sufficient, healthy stocks for sales. 

  • Prepare baseline, sales forecasts from systems and adjust with assumptions 
  • Facilitate S&OP process: challenge Promotions and Launch activities from Sales, MKT to construct forecast (unconstraint, constraint) with granularity; validate with Trend and Budget. After consensus with BU, then link to various systems to meet defined deadlines. 
  • Coordinate upstream with Market Supply Planner to exchange information on new launches, discontinue and stock availability. 
  • Responsible for improvement of the sales forecast process, implement zone projects/best practices and training cross functions on planning process
  • Join budget and trend planning exercises.  
  • Recruit, retain and develop key talents, key people in the team
  • Other assigned tasks by manager.

KPI: Sales Forecast Accuracy, Bias, Catalogue, Inventory, Excess & Obsolete


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Min 5 years in planning of FMCG
  • Working Experience in International Environment
