Your Missions

Managed by two legal counsels within the Tech and Sustainability/Operations legal teams, you will actively support the department in securing technological projects and anticipating digital regulations. Your missions include:

  • Contractual Review and Negotiation: Analyzing, drafting, and participating in the negotiation of a wide range of international agreements. This includes IT contracts (SaaS, software licenses, application maintenance, outsourcing, integration, telecom, etc.) and Purchasing contracts (raw materials, packaging, subcontracting of finished products, industrial equipment, logistics, etc.).
  • Operational Legal Advisory: Providing operational teams with pragmatic, business-oriented legal guidance to ensure compliance with current laws while securing business continuity and innovation objectives.
  • Strategic Legal Watch: Conducting research and drafting memorandums on business laws and emerging regulations on digital and tech (AI, data protection, Digital Markets Act, etc.).
  • Training and Legal Design: Assisting in the preparation of guidelines, presentations, and training materials to raise awareness on legal requirements and stakes for various stakeholders across the Group (IT, Purchasing, CSR, Plants, Brand Marketing, etc.).


Your Profile

You are a Master’s student specializing in Business Law, Digital/IT Law, or Contract Law, looking for a 1 year apprenticeship starting September 2026.

You are fluent in English (your daily work environment is international).

You possess strong writing skills, a sharp analytical mind, and a genuine curiosity for technological and environmental issues.

Rigorous and possessing excellent summarizing skills, you are comfortable communicating with a wide range of stakeholders.

You possess strong analytical and synthesis skills. You are rigorous, organized, and have excellent communication abilities. Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a demanding, international environment will be key assets for your success in this role.

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
