A DAY IN THE LIFE
As a Sourcing Specialist, you will be a key strategic partner within our Montreal supply chain, ensuring the agility and efficiency of our purchasing operations. You will leverage your entrepreneurial spirit to optimize processes and strengthen supplier relationships, while actively contributing to our sustainability ambitions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Act as a Business Partner: Proactively anticipate and understand the needs of internal clients for operational projects and collaborate closely with the Sourcing team.
- Manage the Purchasing Process: Guide internal clients, launch tenders, and negotiate on price, quality, and deadlines with suppliers.
- Drive Supplier Relationship Management: Oversee the daily performance of suppliers, maintain their information, and prepare for business reviews.
- Ensure Compliance and Optimization: Analyze data to improve purchasing coverage, train users on best practices, and manage performance KPIs.

- A Bachelor’s degree and a proven track record in a sourcing or procurement role.

- Project Management: An aptitude for managing complex projects autonomously and simplifying processes.
