About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser Intern to join our L'Oréal Luxe Division. This dynamic role offers an immersive experience in transforming our luxury brand visions into captivating in-store realities. You will be instrumental in the offline launch implementation across our diverse Luxe brands and events, directly impacting consumer perception and sales within perfumeries and boutiques. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury retail visual merchandising from concept to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Offline Launch Implementation & On-Ground Activations:
    • Support the end-to-end implementation of visual merchandising strategies for new product launches and brand campaigns across L'Oréal Luxe brands.
    • Collaborate closely with internal brand teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
  • Perfumeries & Boutiques Visual Merchandising:
    • Assist in the planning and on-ground implementation of planograms within perfumeries, optimizing product placement and display effectiveness.
    • Contribute to the design and execution of impactful in-store displays for both perfumeries and dedicated brand boutiques, ensuring brand guidelines and luxury aesthetics are met.
  • In-Store Events Planning & Execution:
    • Support the planning and execution of engaging in-store events, from conceptualization of visual elements to on-ground setup.
    • Ensure all visual assets and installations align with event objectives and brand luxury standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination:
    • Work closely with retailers and suppliers to coordinate installation schedules, material delivery, and ensure quality execution.
    • Assist in understanding pricing structures for installations and investment management for Point of Sale Materials (POSM).

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a Bachelor's degree program in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fine Arts, Business Administration).
  • A strong passion for luxury retail, beauty, and visual storytelling.
  • Exceptional creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics, detail, and brand consistency.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel); familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and [Local Language, if applicable, e.g., Arabic].
  • Ability to conduct frequent on-ground store visits and supervise installations.
