We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Affiliate Manager to lead the end-to-end affiliate marketing strategy across our key eCommerce platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada). This role plays a critical part in accelerating our digital commerce growth through strong partner ecosystems, innovative campaign strategies, and cross-functional leadership.
You will be responsible for shaping the long-term affiliate roadmap, managing high-impact partnerships, and ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Strategic Leadership: Define and lead the overall affiliate strategy to drive revenue, visibility, and brand equity across eCommerce channels.
* Business Planning Integration: Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders in Commercial, Media, Social, Marketing, and Business Planning to ensure affiliate strategy is embedded into the total business plan.
* Affiliate Ecosystem Development: Identify, recruit, and nurture top-performing affiliate partners, MCNs, and KOLs, especially in the health, beauty, and FMCG sectors. Build sustainable, scalable partnerships to fuel long-term growth.
* Campaign & Investment Ownership: Design and oversee integrated affiliate campaigns, including investment frameworks, performance forecasting, commission structures, and cost-efficiency tracking.
* Data-Driven Decision Making: Own affiliate performance analysis, using data to optimize strategy, improve partner ROI, and guide campaign direction. Drive continuous improvement via attribution modeling and advanced analytics.
* Cross-Functional Influence: Act as the central point of contact for affiliate execution and governance, ensuring flawless coordination between internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
* Market Intelligence & Innovation: Lead monthly competitor reviews and market trend analysis to identify growth opportunities, benchmark performance, and stay ahead of emerging affiliate models.
QUALIFICATIONS
* Minimum 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with at least 2 years in a strategic role.
* Proven success in managing high-value affiliate programs and negotiating with top-tier MCNs, KOLs, and affiliate networks.
* Deep understanding of eCommerce business drivers and platform-specific mechanics (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
* Strong financial acumen with experience managing affiliate budgets, ROI, and performance metrics.
* Ability to work cross-functionally and influence at senior levels within the organization.
* Analytical mindset with experience in data platforms, attribution models, and campaign optimization.
* Experience with in-house KOC hubs or building internal affiliate infrastructures is a plus.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
