A Day in the Life

As a Trainer Multibrand in L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty Romania, you’ll be the driving force behind empowering our clients and internal teams with the knowledge and skills to embody our brand values and elevate the consumer experience. Reporting to the National Education Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering impactful training programs that inspire, educate, and drive results. Here’s what your day might look like:

• Training Delivery: Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions for clients and internal teams, both in-person and online, using platforms like Teams and WhatsApp.
• Brand Advocacy: Embody and transmit the values of our brands, fostering creativity and enthusiasm among clients and their teams, especially around new product launches.
• Customized Programs: Implement tailored training programs for stores and staff, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and business objectives.
• Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with marketing teams to develop promotional projects, organize national webinars, and pilot innovative training formats like express sessions and shift-change actions.
• Feedback & Insights: Provide qualitative feedback on product sell-out performance, monitor competition, and share insights to enhance our training and sales strategies.

We Are Looking For

You’re a natural communicator and coach, passionate about education and brand storytelling. You thrive in dynamic environments and are ready to inspire others with your expertise. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Core Skills:
  • Adapted communication to engage diverse audiences.
  • Strong scientific knowledge to support product training.
  • Coaching conversations to empower and develop others.
  • Influencing skills to drive brand advocacy and sell-out performance.
  • Brand incarnation to embody and transmit our values authentically.
• Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in coordinating the full training cycle.
  • BA degree in Education, Training, Pharma, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • English proficiency and a valid driving license (min. 2 years).
  • Availability to travel within the designated zone (București, Galați, Brăila, Dâmbovița).
