A Day in the Life

As a Trade Marketing O+O Intern at L'Oréal Luxe in Bucharest, you will report to the Online & Offline Activation Manager and gain valuable experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies across multiple brands. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute directly to business growth while developing your skills in omnichannel marketing and brand management. You will work closely with various teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Omnichannel Merchandising & Activation: Develop and implement offline and online merchandising guidelines to optimize product placement, enhance consumer experience, and drive sales conversions. Ensure all activations align with Zone and International Marketing guidelines.
  • Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) with the O+O Activation Manager to evaluate trade marketing effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Client-Specific Trade Marketing Plans: Create customized trade marketing plans for key clients, aligned with brand strategy, in collaboration with Product Managers and the O+O Activation Manager. Prioritize consumer insights in all marketing activities.
  • Content Creation & Collaboration: Stimulate the development of innovative and engaging content for offline/online POS, including content plans, visibility strategies, and services. Collaborate with CMO and sales teams to ensure high-standard execution across all channels (search, visibility, quality content, reviews, etc.).
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively collaborate with key clients to achieve shared objectives.

We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate is a highly motivated and organized individual with a strong interest in marketing and a passion for the beauty industry. They possess excellent communication and analytical skills and are eager to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team. A background in visual merchandising, category management, and project planning is highly desirable. Proficiency in basic Office software is required.

  • Activation Excellence: Proven ability to develop and implement successful marketing activations.
  • Omnichannel Experience Design: Understanding of how to create seamless and engaging experiences across multiple channels.
  • Product Merchandising: Knowledge of effective product placement and visual merchandising techniques.
  • Brand Local Adaptation: Ability to tailor brand messaging and strategies to the local market.
  • Stakeholder Management: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
