A Day in the Life 🗓️

As a Filling Technical Supervisor at our L’Oréal Indonesia Plant, you’ll lead the technical operations for our Skin Care & Hair Care️ filling lines, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and compliance with safety 🔒 and environmental 🌳 standards. Reporting to the Technical Manager, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams ? to drive continuous improvement 📈 and support exciting product launches for iconic brands like Garnier and L’Oréal Paris. 💖

Here’s what your day-to-day will look like:

• Production Optimization: Manage filling equipment to achieve maximum yield while meeting quality, safety, and environmental standards.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and develop a team of technicians through training, coaching, and performance evaluations. 
• Maintenance Planning: Define and implement maintenance plans, ensuring equipment readiness for production and new product launches. 
• Continuous Improvement: Champion methodologies like TPM and Lean Manufacturing to enhance efficiency and foster a culture of innovation.
• Collaboration: Work closely with packaging, quality, and supply chain teams to align on production goals and priorities. 

We Are Looking For 👀

You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical or Electrical).
• Have 5+ years of experience in a technical supervisory role within manufacturing, preferably in cosmetics or FMCG.
• Bring expertise in filling equipment, maintenance procedures, and quality control processes. 
• Are skilled in continuous improvement methodologies like TPM or Lean Manufacturing. 
• Excel in team leadership, communication, and problem-solving.
