A Day in the Life

As a Management Trainee in Operations, you are the strategic core of our business, ensuring our products are in the right place at the right time. This program will develop you into a future leader within our globally recognized Supply Chain team, where you will master the critical functions of Demand and Supply Planning.

  • Forecast the Future (Demand Planning): Analyze market trends, sales data, and marketing initiatives to create accurate sales forecasts that guide our entire business.
  • Balance Supply & Demand (Supply Planning): Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and international teams to manage inventory levels and ensure product availability across all channels, from the launch of a new lipstick to a best-selling shampoo.
  • Drive Performance with Data: Utilize advanced planning systems and analytical tools to monitor performance, identify potential risks (like stock-outs or overstocks), and propose agile solutions.
  • Optimize the Flow of Goods: Participate in key S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings, working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and finance to align on a single, strategic business plan.
