A Day in the Life

As the Packaging Supervisor for the evening shift, you will be the backbone of our production unit, ensuring our products are delivered according to the highest standards. You will lead your team with a true entrepreneurial spirit, fostering autonomy and continuous improvement to achieve operational excellence.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Drive Performance: Orchestrate human and technical resources to execute the daily production plan, tracking safety, quality, and efficiency metrics.
• Develop Your Team: Lead, train, and coach your team members to build their autonomy and skills through engaging one-on-one meetings and team huddles.
• Lead Continuous Improvement: Encourage and steer improvement initiatives (TPM, EOS) from your team to optimize the reliability and flexibility of our lines.
• Uphold Standards: Ensure compliance with and improvement of production standards, acting as a key business partner for other departments.

We Are Looking For

You are a great match if you have a proactive mindset and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities. You are recognized for your leadership and your skill in uniting a team around common goals.

• You have a degree in engineering or management.
• You have some initial experience in a production environment.
• You are an excellent communicator in both French and English.
• You can analyze data and KPIs to make informed decisions.
• You are driven to propose and implement innovative ideas.
