A Day in the Life

As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will play a key role at our Montreal plant, ensuring the execution of the production plan while adhering to our high standards of quality, safety, ergonomics, and performance. You will lead and develop a dynamic team during the evening shift (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning and Production: Oversee the execution of the production plan by optimizing human and technical resources.
• Team Leadership and Development: Train, inform, and support your team to achieve safety, quality, and performance objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Lead improvement groups (e.g., TPM) and engage teams in optimizing processes.
• Performance Monitoring: Analyze performance indicators and implement action plans to improve the reliability and efficiency of production tools.
• Communication and Collaboration: Ensure smooth communication between teams and departments to align production with operational excellence standards.

We Are Looking For

You are a motivated, results-oriented leader ready to take on challenges in a dynamic environment.

• Key Skills:
  • Team management and talent development.
  • Knowledge of quality, safety, and industrial hygiene standards.
  • Ability to analyze performance indicators and propose innovative solutions.
• Education and Experience: A completed degree in engineering or management, with 1 to 5 years of relevant experience (unionized environment is an asset).
• Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
• Availability: Evening shift (2:30 PM to 10:30 PM).
