A Day in the Life

Reporting to the Head of the Environmental Impact Assessment team, you will coordinate the environmental impact strategy (SPOT) for our ingredients. A key part of your role will be structuring our impact analysis capabilities, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and external experts. You will ensure that our strategic decisions are guided by data and fully aligned with our sustainability priorities.

• Lead Partnerships & LCA Expertise: You will coordinate internal and external Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) studies, ensuring the availability and quality of data to meet critical business challenges.
• Structure Data & Drive Analysis: You will help define and implement the tools and frameworks for structuring our environmental data, transforming raw numbers into actionable insights.
• Define Strategy & Priorities: You will proactively propose strategies for coordinating and prioritizing analyses, ensuring that team resources are aligned with our most important environmental goals.
• Provide Transversal Leadership: Acting as an ambassador, you will champion these topics with stakeholders across the business, understanding their needs and leveraging expertise to drive progress.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for a natural leader who can navigate complex environments with autonomy and bring structure to uncertainty. Your ability to synthesize information and drive strategy will be key.

• You possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work independently with stakeholders across different departments.
• You are comfortable working with data and tools, with an ability to turn complex information into clear insights.
• You have an interest in sustainability; while a formal background is a plus, we are above all looking for someone ready to dive deep and learn LCA and carbon methodologies.
• You have a strategic mindset and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of L'Oréal's organization, products, or formulation is a valuable asset for understanding our unique sustainability context.
