Job Description:

Join L'Oréal's European Operations Quality team and actively contribute to the excellence of our processes and the digitalization of our tools. This 6-month internship offers a unique opportunity to develop and optimize tools and processes that enhance the Quality performance of our 15 European plants. You will work on innovative projects, including the integration of Artificial Intelligence technologies, to streamline our working methods and support the Group's Quality strategy.


Key Missions:

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

  1. Quality Project Coordination: Coordinate projects related to Quality performance in both laboratory settings and plant organizations.
  2. Tool Development: Improve existing tools and develop new ones to better monitor and evaluate Quality Performance within the European zone.
  3. Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and consolidate data on quality topics to support decision-making.
  4. AI Innovation (Translations): 
    • Study new technologies (including AI) and propose user-friendly solutions for managing translations during webinars.
    • Study new technologies (including AI) and propose a seamless process for creating clear meeting summaries.
  5. Community Animation: Contribute to the animation of various Quality communities across Europe.

Required Profile:

  • Education: Student in the 2nd or 3rd year of an Engineering school.
  • IT Aptitude: Curiosity and a strong interest in IT tools and digitalization are mandatory.
  • Autonomy & Initiative: Demonstrate resourcefulness and autonomy.
  • Personal Qualities: Curiosity, proactive approach, excellent interpersonal skills, team spirit.
  • Experience: No pharmaceutical background required.
  • School Diversity: We are looking for a candidate from a different school than our previous apprentices (Angers Paristech), to foster new perspectives.
  • Languages: This position is suitable for non-French speakers (English is the working language).
