The Role:

As Senior Revenue Growth Manager (m/f/d) you maximize revenue growth by analyzing and responding effectively to buying opportunities and consumption moments.


Your Tasks:

  • RGM Category Expertise: Drive optimization across price, assortment, and promotions as the primary expert for the DACH region.
  • Data-Driven Consumer Insights: Leverage price elasticity models and competitor analysis to deeply understand market dynamics and purchasing behavior.
  • Profitable Growth Management: Maximize trade spend efficiency by analyzing the full Gross-to-Net P&L structure in collaboration with Controlling.
  • Strategic Brand Support: Empower brand teams with tailored pricing strategies and develop compelling business cases for new format launches and "white space" opportunities.
  • Innovation & Stakeholder Influence: Lead the rollout of advanced analytic solutions while collaborating with international stakeholders and fostering a data-driven RGM culture through internal training.


Your Profile:

  • Professional Expertise: Several years of experience in Pricing, Revenue Growth Management (RGM/NRM), Controlling, or Price/Promotion Consulting.
  • Advanced Analytics & BI Proficiency: Strong skills in statistical modeling (e.g., Python, R, Excel) and expertise in BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) for data manipulation and integration.
  • Financial & P&L Mastery: Deep financial understanding with the ability to perform complex P&L analysis and financial modeling.
  • Strategic Business Acumen: An entrepreneurial mindset capable of translating complex data analyses into pragmatic, actionable business recommendations.
  • Stakeholder Influence & Languages: Proven ability to manage relationships across the organization, with full professional fluency in both English and German.
