As our Senior Product Manager based in Ho Chi Minh City, you will be accountable for the brand’s growth in Vietnam, our #1 priority market in ASEAN. Your mission is to define and steer the country strategy, consistent with international brand positioning and the ASEAN strategic framework. You will:

 

Define and steer the country strategy, priorities for Brand in consistent with the international brand positioning and the Asean strategic frame to contribute to continued growth for the brand and the consumer relationship.

 

  • Define the strategic orientations and the 3-year marketing plan for the category, monitor the portfolio (new launches, pillar products’ renewal and animation of core catalogue) 
  • Manage the collection and analysis of consumer and market insights for the category, share findings with the zone to ensure the consistency of new product development with the country’s needs
  • Implement new launches and marketing mix strategies (IMC/360/Digital/Advocacy/Retail) and create the right angle of attack locally to build integrated, engaging consumer brand experiences; meet the deadlines

 

Closely working with commercial and trade marketing to develop strategic customized brand for key retailers. Ensuring right consumer/shopper engagement plans, pricing & promo strategy:

 

  • Setting the overall activation strategy & 360 Plan for online retailers (media, activation, promo…)
  • Collaborating with the commercial team and OBMs on promo plan & catalogue to drive consistent YOY growth
  • Analyzing activation ROI and implement learnings
  • Knowing the shopper inside out and providing that info [eg Retailer data] to the rest of the team
  • Driving shopper and retailer differentiation with commercial and trade marketing
  • Manage local relationships with agencies and distributors and owning the local social media channels



We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced and entrepreneurial withstrong background in brand building and product management. You are an innovator and strategist who can translate market insights into action. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven Brand Leadership: Extensive experience in developing brand strategy and driving business growth, preferably within the Beauty or FMCG industry.
  • Strong Marketing Fundamentals: Expertise in product management and developing integrated marketing campaigns that work across all channels.
  • Analytical and Strategic Mindset: The ability to analyze market data, consumer trends, and campaign ROI to make informed decisions and build a robust strategy.
  • Collaborative Spirit: A talent for working closely with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Trade Marketing) and managing external partners like agencies and distributors.
  • A strong sense of the beauty market and an ability to drive results with agility and rigor.
