A Day in the Life

As a Senior Procurement Manager for Business Services, you will be a key player in our Sourcing team. You will steer the sourcing strategy for vital business services, including travel and legal consulting. This is a strategic role where you will partner with key internal stakeholders like Operations, Finance, Internal Control, and the Management Committee, as well as external suppliers, to optimize our vendor base and drive significant financial savings.

  • Strategic Sourcing: Develop and execute sourcing strategies by analyzing spend, running data analytics, and performing cost benchmarking to deliver value.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to align on goals and deliver results, using your strong presentation skills to communicate recommendations.
  • Vendor & Contract Management: Lead supplier negotiations, manage contractual agreements, and optimize our vendor base to ensure performance and cost-effectiveness.
  • Compliance & Analytics: Guarantee 100% policy and audit compliance while using your sharp eye for detail to derive insights from data and drive strategic decisions.

We Are Looking For

We are seeking a highly experienced sourcing professional with a strategic mindset and strong business acumen. You are skilled at influencing stakeholders and navigating a complex environment to achieve results. Your ability to analyze data and negotiate effectively will be key to your success.

You’re a great match for this role if you have:

  • A Graduate or B.Tech degree with 10-12+ years of experience in Indirect Purchase, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • A talent for strategic thinking, with proven experience in running data analytics and drawing clear conclusions.
  • Expert negotiation and stakeholder influencing abilities.
  • Proficiency with tools like Excel, SharePoint, and SAP.
  • An excellent command of the English language and strong presentation skills.
