The Medical Business Analyst will be a crucial partner to our field teams, enhancing their productivity and effectiveness by optimizing our CRM system (Veeva/OneSFA) and ensuring data integrity. This role offers a significant opportunity to contribute directly to accelerating medical recommendation and growth within our organization. 

ABOUT THE JOB 

The Medical Business Analyst will play a crucial role in several key areas: 

• CRM Optimization and Enablement: Managing and customizing Veeva/OneSFA , ensuring data integrity, training sales teams, and identifying system enhancements. This will lead to improved CRM adoption and greater sales efficiency.
• Data Management and Governance: Maintaining accurate sales data across platforms, enforcing data governance policies, and managing user access to protect system integrity. This proactive approach will mitigate data-related risks and improve the reliability of our reporting.
• Sales Support and Training: Providing CRM support, training, and best practice guidance to sales teams. This dedicated support will empower our field teams to leverage the CRM effectively, leading to increased productivity.
• Territory Management and Optimization: Maintaining and updating territory assignments in the CRM, working with sales & field leadership to adjust territories based on market needs, ensuring optimal coverage and maximizing opportunities.
• Reporting and Insights: Generating CRM reports and dashboards to support field/sales operations, ensuring field/sales teams have access to relevant customer insights for data-driven decision-making.
• Compliance and Security: Ensuring compliance with data protection regulations and implementing best practices to safeguard business data.

ABOUT YOU 

• Proven experience working with CRM systems, preferably Veeva/OneSFA
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication, training, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• A passion for data integrity and process improvement
