Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Strategy & Planning: This role involves developing and executing comprehensive media plans. You would provide expert guidance on how to best allocate budgets, determine the optimal mix of channels from awareness to transactional, and strategize for performance optimization to maximize the return on investment (ROI).
  • Campaign Management & Optimization: You would be responsible for overseeing overall division health checks in terms of golden rule compliance and best practice compliance. A significant part of this involves analyzing campaign performance, identifying key learnings, and implementing data-backed optimizations to continuously improve results.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: A core responsibility is to unlock growth through data. This means analyzing campaign performance in depth and providing detailed recaps that include performance metrics and key insights. You would also spearhead reporting efforts to standardize analysis and elevate overall performance.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: This role requires strong collaborative skills, working closely with brand teams, marketing departments, and other internal units (such as DMI, Consumer Engagement, commercial, IT, and Finance). The goal is to integrate media strategies seamlessly and foster a digital-first approach across the organization.
  • Platform Expertise: You would manage media programs across a diverse range of digital ecosystems, including popular social media platforms (like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest), search engines (Google Ads), e-commerce platforms (such as Shopee & Tiktok Shop), and various other programmatic channels.
  • Innovation & Trends: Staying at the forefront of the ever-evolving digital marketing landscape is key. This includes keeping up with social listening, emerging technologies, and new trends. You would be expected to propose innovative new platforms and be a part of first-to-market programs.
