We have a suitable opening in the function of Training & Education for the position of Regional Training Manager for our Professional Products Division for the brand Matrix. This is a pivotal leadership role where you will be responsible for driving the technical vision for the region, managing a team of education professionals, and ensuring our salon partners (clients) receive world-class training on products and services to build brand equity.

The candidate should have 8 – 10 years of relevant experience. The location of the job will be in Mumbai with regional travel.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Training Delivery: Lead the training for high-profile clients, key accounts, and internal staff on brand-related products and services, ensuring the highest standards of technical excellence.
  • Creative Development: Inspire and develop creativity among clients and their teams, linking artistic innovation to new product launches and seasonal trends.
  • People Management: Lead, coach, and mentor the Assistant Technical Manager and the wider regional education team to ensure consistent delivery and professional growth.
  • Customized Education Solutions: Design and implement global or customized training programs specifically tailored for prestige and key salons to drive business growth.
  • Business Impact: Directly contribute to improving product sell-out by aligning technical education with the brand’s commercial strategy.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a 360-degree view of the competition, reporting technical innovations and educational shifts in the market.

  • Internal: Technical Team, Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and HR.
