L’Oréal’s Luxury Division is looking for Senior Manager – Offline Brand Management. In this Individual Contributor role, you will lead the offline business and be the expert of the Brand’s Brick and Mortar retail activation and expression. You will drive the offline channel business through local retail implementation of the Brand plan, from launch plan execution to retailer differentiation and animation plan.
The role will report into the Brand Head and location of the job will be in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for sell-out & sell-in of the brand’s offline business at a retailer level depending on brand & division objectives and priorities
- Lead the orchestration of marketing campaign at retailer level, following the Brand plan & 360 (in close collaboration with other team members)
- Work with KAMs to adapt the Brand business objectives & offline activation/Trade Plan to retailer
- Drive offline productivity in close collaboration with the R&E team
- Forecasts & deployment/execution of all POSM elements for the brand
- Present brand and trade initiatives to offline partners(retailers/distributors)
- Manage and own local A&P budget for the responsible lines
- Create local planograms and visual merchandising based on guidelines & retailers
- Ensure perfect image of the brand offline through internal/external partners or distributors with the right deployment of guidelines & tools: planogram, visuals, videos, testers, POSM.
- Ensure correct allocation of testers/GWPs by retailer
- Develop and Implement animations: pop-up, podiums, FSS events in line with guidelines, Trade plan & marketing plan
- Produce local POSM elements if needed
- Main leader of FSS in collaboration with KAM & distributor

Experience & Education:
- 6-8 yrs+ experience in offline brand management, trade marketing
