SENIOR FINANCE ANALYST

A Day in the Life

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key partner to our business teams, providing your expertise to drive the financial performance of our marketing spend. You will report to the Controlling Director and work in close collaboration with the marketing, digital, and commercial teams.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Budgetary Control: Manage the monitoring and control of marketing expenses, identifying risks and opportunities to guide decisions.
  • Business Partnership: Act as a strategic financial partner for the marketing and commercial teams, actively participating in their meetings and providing guidance.
  • Analysis & Reporting: Take ownership of updating forecasts and budgets, analyzing variances, and proposing corrective actions.
  • Process Improvement: Lead projects to improve financial processes, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.

We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills and an excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Your agility and strategic mindset will be key to your success in this role.

The ideal candidate has:

  • Proven experience as a Financial Analyst (5-8 YEARS) in a company or in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry is an asset. 
  • The ability to manage change and learn new information systems quickly.
  • A completed university degree in a relevant field.
  • Strong knowledge of the Office suite; experience with SAP is an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills (both French and English).
