The Opportunity:
We are looking for an experienced and highly analytical Senior Business Analyst with a strong proficiency in Power BI to join our team. Key Job Accountabilities:
• Data Visualization & Reporting Excellence: Develop and maintain multiple sophisticated Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring a complete, accurate, and intuitive reporting environment that serves various business needs.
• SAP Pricing Management: Oversee and manage SAP pricing processes, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and alignment with commercial strategies.
• Commercial Strategic Support: Provide comprehensive analytical support to the Professional Product Division, translating data into strategic insights that inform decision-making.
• Insightful Presentations: Prepare compelling PowerPoint slides that clearly articulate conclusions, present data-driven recommendations, and guide strategic business discussions.
• Business Advisory & Data-Driven Growth: Act as a key business advisor, leveraging data to identify opportunities, predict trends, and proactively drive commercial growth initiatives.
• Requirements Definition: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for new reports, dashboards, and analytical tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in IT, Finance, or Economics/Business.
• +3 years of experience in analytical roles, ideally in data business or product analytics.
• Solid Power BI knowledge and proficiency in Excel are essential, with a strong portfolio of developed dashboards and reports where applicable.
• Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex data into clear, concise, and actionable business insights.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and a strong team player.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.
• Experience with Python for data analysis is a plus.
