Main responsibilities

1.     Brand communication management:

a)     Define strategic communication idea is relevant with local customer insights and brand equity

b)    Take full ownership for IMC of assigned launches (focus in Retail, Merchandising, Offline Promotion, Partnership, KOLs and Brand platform) to drive sales & build brand love/equity

c)     Take full ownership for B2B2C campaign with strategic partners to enhance medical premium brand image and drive sales 

d)     Coordinate with Sale, Education, Merchandising for retail excellence to achieve outstanding visibility, brand image and service

e)    Lead external agencies with strong creative judgement mindset & critical thinking to develop & deploy brand campaign/ product launch on time in full with excellent result

d)    A&P Budget management

 

2.     Strategic planning:

a)     Analyze consumer and market insights / competitors to define marketing plan to achieve business target of growth and profit (specifically focus in offline channels)

b)    Develop and lead assigned campaign strategy & planning to achieve business objectives.

 

3.     Portfolio management: Product positioning, product mix, pricing strategy for assigned products

a)     Study customer insights/ competitor & market analysis to develop local relevant unique selling point and proposition

b)    Take full responsibilities for assigned product launch/ discontinue in collaboration with online, retail, education, logistic to keep the most productive portfolio

c)     Forecast ownership for own product to deliver SO target, growth and market share (especially for offline channels)

 

4.     Project management & Strong management

a)     Able to handle heavy workload & multiple projects at the same time

b)    Strong agency leadership to lead & guide agency to deliver best outcome

c)    Strong collaboration with stakeholders (internal team and external partners)
