We are looking for a strategic, highly analytical, and agile Senior Affiliates Manager to pioneer and lead our newly defined affiliates division. Operating as the strategic leader of our affiliate tribe (driving impact through massive cross-functional influence with no direct reports), you will establish our unified "One L'Oréal" mechanism, analyze and benchmark market commissions, and serve as the ultimate expert scaling creator-led media performance across all divisions.


You will....

  • Define and Establish the Role: Lay the foundational blueprint for the affiliate division, mapping out clear roles, responsibilities, and success metrics for the entire organization.
  • Architect and Implement Strategy: Create a comprehensive, cross-divisional strategy for affiliates to drive commercial success and establish the unified "One L'Oréal" mechanism.
  • Design Go-To-Market Playbooks: Create and deploy playbooks that guide brands on best practices, content activation strategies, and commission/cost efficiencies.
  • Lead Market Benchmarking: Analyze market competition, commission structures, and industry trends to ensure L'Oréal remains highly competitive and cost-effective.
  • Drive Performance and Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance with a sharp, data-driven approach to maximize ROI and achieve ambitious business targets.
  • Act as the Central Expert: Partner with, influence, and mobilize brand, e-commerce, and marketing teams across all divisions to execute impactful, performance-based campaigns.
  • Nurture Top-Tier Relationships: Own and cultivate strong partnerships with top affiliates, top-tier affiliate networks, and best-in-class agencies to keep L’Oréal at the absolute forefront of the creator economy.
  • Influence Senior Management: Deliver data-driven recommendations and performance reports to senior management on where to invest, how to win, and how to scale our affiliate ecosystem.

You have:

  • Extensive Experience: At least 5 to 10 years of solid experience in the affiliate, KOL, and social commerce landscape, preferably within an FMCG, tech, or digital-first company.
  • Media Performance Background: A proven track record in Media Performance roles, demonstrating how social-first strategies translate to direct business results.
  • Social Commerce Expertise: A strong portfolio of driving sales and high engagement through performance-based social media strategies, particularly on dynamic platforms like TikTok.
  • Data & Analytics Command: Strong proficiency in media analytics and e-commerce metrics, with a keen ability to turn complex performance data into clear, actionable business strategies.
  • Bilingual Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Stakeholder Management Skills: Highly comfortable working independently with minimal guidance as a solo leader, while showing a brilliant talent for managing, collaborating with, and influencing multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
