Your Missions

As a member of the L’Oréal International Distribution Internal Control team, you will play a key role in securing our operations. You will actively participate in:

• Risk and Process Evaluation: You will conduct interviews with employees across various functions to understand their roles, analyze existing processes, and identify potential risks.
• Control Design and Documentation: You will contribute to designing and documenting clear and practical internal control procedures to ensure the efficiency of our operations.
• Training and Awareness: You will help create and deliver engaging training sessions to raise awareness among teams and ensure the proper implementation of control procedures.
• Control Effectiveness Monitoring: You will perform ongoing monitoring to ensure procedures are being followed, are effective, and to identify areas for improvement.
• Development of Communication Tools: You will contribute to the development of a SharePoint site to serve as a central resource for information and communication related to internal control.

A few skills you will develop in this role:

Risk management, mastery of internal control frameworks, data analysis, project management, as well as strong communication skills and a deep understanding of business operations.

Your Profile

• You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) at a business school, engineering school, or university (specializing in Finance, Audit, Management), looking for a gap-year or end-of-studies internship.
• You are fluent in English.
• You are known for your good common sense, pragmatism, and your ability to quickly understand complex processes.
• You possess an excellent analytical and synthetic mind and are also a very strong communicator. Your curiosity, proactivity, and ability to work autonomously will be essential assets for success in this role.
