Your missions :

As a member of the Sales Business Analyst team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. If you have strong analytical skills and enjoy understanding numbers to make the best recommenations, this role is for you ! You will have a real impact on optimizing and monitoring our sales results and will become an expert in the cosmetics industry and its developments. Among other things, you will be responsible for:

• Monitoring our key performance indicators (sales, market share, profitability of different categories, etc.).
• Analyzing the market and tracking global trends using various panels and tools.
• Making relevant recommendations based on your analyses and presenting them to the various departments involved (launches, promotions, etc.)

A few skills you will develop in this role:

Collaboration with various internal teams and external partners, studying and understanding consumer needs, innovation, data analysis, and project management.

Beyond technical skills, we are above all looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo.

Your Profile

• You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
• You are fluent in English and French.
• You have strong analytical/technical and software skills (Excel, PowerBI) and a good understanding of methodology and project management.
• You have a strong analytical and synthetic mind, are creative and proactive in proposing ideas, excellent in communication (briefing, relationship management, presentation), organized, rigorous, proactive, responsive, and autonomous.
