Your missions :

As a member of the Key Account Management team, your objectives will be concrete and your responsibilities stimulating. You'll actively participe in : 

  • Client Portfolio Development and Retention : You will contribute to building and maintaining strong relationships with our strategic clients (retail chains, B2B partners, etc.), understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Account Plan Development and Execution : You will help define and implement targeted commercial strategies for each key account, aiming to maximize turnover, market share, and brand profitability.
  • Negotiation and Monitoring of Commercial Agreements : You will assist in annual or specific negotiations with purchasing centers, monitor the application of agreements, and ensure the optimization of sales conditions.
  • Performance Analysis and Market Intelligence : You will analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts, produce regular reports, and conduct competitive intelligence to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration : You will work in close synergy with the Marketing, Retail Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of commercial actions and guarantee client satisfaction.

Collaboration with various internal teams and external partners, studying and understanding consumer needs, innovation, data analysis, and project management.

Beyond  technical skills, we are above all looking for individuals with strong potential, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to challenge the status quo. 



Your Profile

  • You are a Master's student (Bac+4/5) from a business school, university, or engineering school, looking for a gap year or end-of-study internship.
  • You are fluent in English and/or French.
  • You have strong analytical/technical and software skills (Excel, PowerBI) and a good understanding of methodology and project management.
  • You are proficient in commercial negotiation techniques, sales data analysis (advanced Excel), and comfortable with CRM tools (such as Salesforce) as well as the Office Suite for impactful presentations.
  • You possess a strong commercial drive, excellent interpersonal skills, are a natural negotiator, rigorous, organized, and results-oriented. Your proactivity, autonomy, and ability to work in a team will be essential assets.


Your Benefits

  • Remuneration: €1,700 gross per month
  • Transport: 75% of transport costs covered
  • Remote work: 1 day of remote work per week
  • Leaves: 1 day per month

  • Recruiter interview - 30 min: To introduce yourself and discuss the position & the L'Oréal Group.
